Programs

My AIDS Cooking is the first program that combines nutrition and culinary arts for people living with or affected HIV/AIDS in a public forum. This program is showcased in a blog format. Every week a new nutritional tip, recipe, and advise will be provided. You will be able learn how to not only eat healthy, but also how to cook it in a delicious way.

My AIDS Cooking Classes are developed as monthly live cooking demonstrations for HIV agencies to use. We will provide the shopping list, materials, information and instructions for the chef to teach in real life how to eat and cook healthfully.

Future programs are also in mind. From food pantries to back to work programs, My AIDS and the support of CASA will bring new ways of how the culinary industry helps those living with HIV/AIDS.
